commercial real estate company, was founded in
October, 1985 as Westin Management Company. We have steadily grown and
expanded since then, and now offer expertise in many areas of commercial
real estate. Our personnel specialize in specific areas of

Westin Group History:
Westin Group began by offering traditional brokerage-sales
and leasing services along with property
management. In 1986 Westin entered the development
business. Our first development project, Leffingwell Center I,
was a multi-tenant office-warehouse-service center, and the first
of nine such projects. In 1988 Westin developed Westwoods Business
Park, a 26 acre business park in West St. Louis County. In the
early 1990s Westin Group provided property management and brokerage services
for various lenders such as Boatmen's Bank (Bank of America), Magna Bank
(Union Planters) and others.
In 1996 Westin Group successfully completed one of the most complicated land
assemblages in St. Louis-the 155 parcel Evans Place
Subdivision-now the bustling 25 acre, 300,000 sq.ft. Brentwood Promenade.
Westin Group has completed and is currently involved in numerous other such land
assemblages.

property management,
