"Plum Nearly" beach house has a lovely view of the Gulf of
Mexico with a very short walk to a private beach access. The house was recently remodeled
and a private pool was added.
Location: On the beautiful emerald coast in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida,
about 777 miles from St. Louis, Missouri. Santa Rosa Beach is about
12 miles east of Destin and only several miles from the famous Seaside,
FL.
Accommodations: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths,
Sleeps 12-16.
Amenities: Covered porch, open
deck with a private pool.
Phone,
air conditioning, laundry room, full kitchen with microwave and
dishwasher, cable TVs, VCRs, stereo, outdoor grill. Sorry, pets or
smoking not allowed.

or nearby) Biking, golf, tennis, fitness center, fishing, shopping,
restaurants, swimming/snorkeling, live theater.
Rental Information:

No
units will be rented to singles under the age of 25, or vacationing
students, unless accompanied by an adult who remains in the unit for
the entire stay.

There
is a three night minimum on rentals during all seasons.

Advance rent deposit, 50% of the
total rental fee, is required within ten days of placing a reservation.

Reservations may be made up to two years in advance, but are subject to
rates in effect for that year.
